  • Can i re-wear my lashes?
    Yes! If looked after properly, you can wear your lashes up to 25 times.
  • Are all the lashes on this website vegan?
    We pride ourselves on being a cruelty free brand. All of the lashes are made from either human hair of faux mink. Although human hair isnt technically classed as vegan i can assure you no humans were harmed in the manufacturing of our lashes.
  • Is the glue vegan?
    Yes! Our strong hold glue is vegan and also Latex free.
  • Why is it recommened to use Italise eyelash glue with Italise lashes?
    We pride ourself in knowing our eyelash band is very thin and flexible to give a very natural look. We always recommend using our Italise glue with our lashes because our glue is formiliated with this thin flexible eyelash band in mind, supporting strong hold allowing your lash to stick with no problems and drys quickly.
  • When will other products be added to the sight?
    We are working hard to bring you a variety of skin and hair products as soon as possible so subscribe to our mailing list to be sure not to miss.
  • Do i have to have an account to purchase from this website?
    Not at all! With an account you can see what you previously bought or saved to your wishlist for a later date.
  • What happens if i subscribe?
    When you subscribe we can keep you up to date with new product lines and product ranges as well as access to products and sales before anyone else.
  • My next day delivery has not arrived?
    To be eligable for next working day delivery you must place your order Monday-Thursday by midday.
  • My item has arrived damaged/faulty?
    We are so sorry to hear this and apologies for this inconvenience. For us to be rectify this you will need to send over images of the damaged/faulty product along with reciept of purchase within 30days. Items will not be replaced after 30days.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    Yes! We ship worldwide.
  • Will my order be delayed due to COVID-19?
    Due to the current climate your order time may differ slightly depending on your address. If you are worried your item will not come in time, please do not hesitate to contact us directly via the 'Contact Us' form and we will try to facilitate your needs.
  • Can i still return my products during COVID-19?
    As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange you can still return/exchange these. Due to the sensitivity of the current climate the returns policy has been extended to 60 days for orders placed after the 1st March 2020.
  • Can i return my items?
    We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your item(s). Unfortuntely due to health and safety reasons, cosmetic products can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty or damaged. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are due to a 'change of mind'. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on sale products. If a item is faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence and proof of purchased. Due to the current climate we have changed our returns period. Once your return is approved you now have 30 days to return the item(s) to us. Once the items are recieved and inspected and a refund is approved, any refund will be made against the orginial card/debit card used to make the transaction. Please note: whilst staying true to the style each lash may slightly differ. This is because they are handmade and is not a fault. Head to our, 'Returns Policy' section on our website for more information.
  • How do i return my item?
    We are sorry to hear you would like to return your item. Please check your item is eligable for return and If so, then contact us to inform us with the following information. Your order number. What item(s) you wish to return. Full Name Why you would like to return your item(s). Proof of purchase. (please note to complete a return, we require proof of purchase).
  • Can i exchange my item?
    For hygiene and safety reasons we only allow refunds and exchanges on cosmetic items that are faulty or damaged. Unfortunately we can not exchange cosmetic products due to a 'change of mind'. You must contact us within 7 days to notify us of any faulty or damaged item(s). Due to the current climate we have extended our exchange period. Once we have approved your exchange you now have 30days to exchange the faulty or damaged item(s). Any exchanges will be processed to the original delivery address on the order.
  • I can't seem to see my refund on my account?
    We will refund you as soon as possible but depending on your method of payment and you bank, refund times can be anything up to 10-14 working days. If after 10 days you do not see your refund in your account. Contact your card provider and your bank to find out the process time for your refund.   • Can i change the items on my order?
    Unfortuntely changing your order is not always a guarentee as we aim to ship your order as soon as possible so please take care when selecting and placing your order. If you find yourself in this postion please do contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (3 hours if you've selected express delivery) and we will try and resolve this.
  • Can i cancel my order?
    Unfortunately cancellation requests are not alway guaranteed as we aim to ship your order as soon as possible so please take care when selecting and placing your order.   • How do i track my orders?
    Once your order is processed you will recieve an email detailing your order delivery date. If you have not recieved an email within a hour of placing your order, please contact us
  • Can i get a gift receipt with my order?
    Unfortunately gift receipts are only eligable for customers within the UK. Overseas shipments require an invoice copy to pass customs clearance.
