We aim to deliver  products designed to satisfy our customers needs and expectations, to the highest standards. 

Our aim is to get orders out as quickly as possible. There’s nothing worst than buying an item and waiting forever for it to arrive. Here at Italise Cosmetics our aim is for our customers to not just fall in love with our products but also feel special whilst using them. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or the product please give us an opportunity to rectify any issues you may have by firstly sending us an email .

We aim to treat each customer with the upmost respect and care. Our goal is to keep happy customers coming back. Our aim is to bring you quality ethical products time and time again. All items are vegan, eco-friendly and all our packaging is sustainable and recyclable. If there’s anything you’d like to see stocked on our website that you think should be there and fits our ethical values, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line.

We will always act in a professional and courteous manner at all times including prompt attention to your emails. Communicating honestly, courteously and knowledgeably. We may not always be able to answer the question or resolve the issue right away without referral, in this case we will let you know, your issue is being via a acknowledgement email. 

If your order is placed before midday on a working day, we aim to get your delivery out the same. If not it will be out for delivery the next working day.
